NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE OLD ACHIMOTAN ASSOCIATION

Notice is hereby given to all members of the Old Achimotan Association that the Executive Committee of the Old Achimotan Association has called the Annual General Meeting of the Old Achimotan Association on Sunday 27th November 2016 at 1400GMT at the Aggrey Chapel, Achimota School for the purpose of discussing the Land Fund, the 90th Anniversary celebrations, the review of the OAA Constitution and any other business that may properly come before the Meeting.

 

OAA CONSTITUTION REVIEW

After the 2015 AGM the 1976 Year Group made a request to the Executive Committee to review the OAA Constitution in the light of what they perceived to be anomalies in the organization of the AGM and the conduct of the elections.

A sub-committee was constituted to make proposals and amendments where necessary.

The Executive Committee is inviting for further amendments from any members which may be considered alongside those currently under consideration.The current draft amendments will be posted on the OAA website as from Monday 31st October 2016. They will be tabled for adoption at the AGM scheduled for Sunday 27th November 2016.
